searching for uncle who was in Navy

hi i am trying to locate two people that were in the Navy one is my uncle and he was in the Navy in the 50's his name was Durwood Stanley and was stationed in San Deigo california . the other one is a old friend who was stationed in Long beach california in 1970 and his name was Neil Butler if anyone knows of these guys or cantell me where to look please write back thanks Jo
