Looking for Parents born 5-25-1970 in Kcmo adopted in stlouis

I am looking for my birth parents to thank them!! and have a relationship with them better late than never! Born in a Kansas city hospital on 5-25-1970 to a mother that was 17 years old from St. Louis and was in Kc staying in a maternity home sent there by her parents. My birth mother was 5ft 6.5 inches tall 115 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and fair skin Lived in southeastern U.S until moving to ST. Louis in 1964. She was presbyterian and from welch, english, and scotch decent. She had a brother at the time of my birth that was 14 years old. My Father was approximately 20 years old 5 ft 11 inches and 165 pounds (sounds like me) with brown hair , hazel eyes and medium complexion.(again just like me) He was born in Germany and moved to US when he was 2 years old He had 5 brothers and 2 sisters at the time of my birth ranging in age 2years - 18 years. He was from Polish and German decent Greek Orthodox religion. This is about all i know other that the fact is that my birth father wanted to keep me but the times prevented that from happening . Im sorry for this and would like to thank my parents for keeping me alive!!
