Hey, lets talk about what the 'requirements' are going to be for the new moderators we're bringing on board. 1. For IA Forums - the member must already have the child home, no more 'in process' parents. We lose them and we need 'staying power'. 2. Someone who is good at dealing with the issues, not just fluff. 3. Someone who is good at contributing to the forums - not just 'clique' threads.
