OT Justice for Sann-Dee

On January 21, 2005, 24-year-old Sann-Dee King was murdered in the Arrott Arms apartment building on Arrott St. in Frankford(Philadelphia, PA). After receiving text messages asking for help, a friend called the police. They boldly refused to help her father knock the door down to her apartment, in which Sann-Dee was found strangled and set afire. The polices unsatisfactory behavior resulted in Sann-DeeҒs killer escaping. To this day, no suspects have been arrested or named in the investigation.
