They probably can't help arrange the adoption because the Philippine Intercountry Adoption Board does all the matching but they can perhaps give you advice and inform you on Philippine adoption laws.The problem you may run into is that I don;t think they allow independent adoptions outside the country but they may work with you considering you are Filipino and grew up there. I think the adoptable age in the Philippines is up to age 15. With the exception, if you are adopting a sibling group.
