Looking for Melissa Gantt born circa 1962 in Martinsburg Berkeley County West Virginia. Her mother was Betty Louise (Gantt) Emmons. Her father was Wayne Arnett. Betty was put up for adoption after the death of her mother in a car accident in 1966. She may still live in the tri state area of West Virginia Maryland or Virginia or possibly even Pa. or Ohio.
