iam looking for james franklin chapman birthname dob 4-3-1960 in nc.jimmy wayne chapman born in 1965 unsure of what state he was born in.in 1970-71 birthmom gave them to the state of tx .they were living in beaumont at the time.did find out that they were adopted into the same family but not at the same time. been looking for along time .need help thanks.
