My husband and I are interested in adopting an AA or Biracial infant. We are unable to get any loans. We have nothing to put up for the loans. We are unable to ask family members. I am looking for any advise on what to do next.

First..pray. Second, in CA we have a program that you take a child as a foster and up until you adopt that child, which most do..they will pay you 820 a month, after the baby is legally yours, they pay you 500 a month until that child is 18.

I remember a post I saw earlier this week about a group who came together to help other families finance some of the cost of adoptions. I was thinking of trying to get a group of Pre adopted families in New Hampshire to start fundraising and to try to get the area businesses involved. I would like to start the Angel Heart fund for adoption expenses. To do this I have to have a Licensed agency to work through. If you think of how other agencies got their start if mught not be do differant then the ideas I have in Mind.
