Adopt an Angel International-Georgia

Are you looking at them for Bulgaria? I am not familar with them, but if you are considering Bulgaria, you need to ask them how many referrals they have received in the last 6 months. Referrals are few and far between, and you need to be with an agency that is at least receving a referal once a month or so. Kay

yes--for bulgaria. another woman i met is using them and while very aware of the slow-down, she says they feel that things may be picking up very soon. (this agency has an office in sofia). i figure that because we didn't plan to adopt for at least another year or so, we may start the process or at least begin speaking with agencies even if it is very slow now. just thought i'd start researching agencies and gathering feedback in case we do decide to go with bulgaria.thanks.
