I don't know if anyone would know the answer to this question but I figured I would ask anyways.
It is possible to do a homestudy through another agency and use that with the CAS or other angencies?

You can do a private home study but CAS will still need to do one with you. Also CAS has "PRIDE" training now for anyone to adopt throught them you must complete this first.
