Help?

Hi, my name is Ashley and I'm currently in gr 12. I hope don't get in trouble for asking this...because it's really important to me - in my sociology class im doing my project on adoptive families because my dad was adopted. I'm supposed to interview him but he doesn't know much about his adoption because his parents never allowed it to be discussed. So i was wondering if there would be anyone willing to answer a few questions regarding being adopted and the impact it has had on their lives. Not only is this for my project, but I'm also curious to know. It would be greatly apreciated.
