Hi,
I am Colleen. Many of you might know me from FBA as hoping4two or from Delphi forums. Randy (Indy) thought this might be a great place for me to get some help deciding.
We adopted two infants private/domestic in 2003. They are healthy and well adjusted. We are considering a third placement through an ICPC (state to state/foster to adopt program) for our daughter's biological half sister. She has been diagnosed with RAD & PTSD.
