Hello all, I have a question. Has anyone used Volunteers of America? We live in South Louisiana and I know the Shreveport chapter has a grant that makes the adoption very cheap. I contacted the Greater New Orleans Chapter and sent in my information packet to them today. I was wondering if anyone has or is adopting through Volunteers of AMerica and if so can you PM me on you expereince and wait time! Thanks
