Hi everyone,
My husband and I are considering adoption. We are looking into AA adoption, and wondered if any of you might recommend some good agencies/facilitators.
We are hoping for an agency that would charge under $11,000 for its services. We also would like to find an agency that would "put us back in the pool" of potential parents if an adoption were to fall through at some point, where we wouldn't lose money if that happened.

Also: We live in Iowa.
