Will Bankruptcy stop adoption?

Hello, We have adopted once from Taiwan and would like to adopt again someday. Unfortunately we have ran into some severe problems financially since we moved and may have to declare bankruptcy. Will this stop a future adoption even if we save for it? Sarah k
