I was born on August 17, 1970, at Baptist Hospital in downtown San Antonio. My adoption was arranged by Jack Effram (sp), a lawyer who still works in of San Antonio. I know Judge Green signed the final order about six months after I was born. I have no information concerning my birth mother or father. Jack only told parents and I that they were a young couple.

Hi Troy,

I was born in April 1970 in San Antonio and my adoptionm too was arranged by a lawyer. I was curious what became of your search. I serached in my 20's and still ahve never had contact with my mother and have a great relationship with my father and his side.
