I was naive and trusted these people to take care of my kids until I got on my feet. It started with temp custody and then forced to sign away parental rights... I didnt have any money to fight it! Do I have any options at all?
If you've signed the Termination of Parental Rights, chances are that no, you don't have any options. You need to seek legal counsel to find out if there is any chance that you could prove fraud on the part of the adoptive family and what that would entail (as fraud legalities would differ from state to state).

Can you find a storefront lawyer in your area?
Someone that will help you for free?
I am so sorry.. Not having money is brutal when kids are involved..

Sadly, as Jenna has posted, if you've already signed away your parental rights you might not have many options. It certainly couldn't hurt to contact a lawyer.
She might actually have a case if she signed under duress.
I would do as the other posters suggested and get a lawyer, YESTERDAY.
I will pray for your strength and that this works in your favor!!!!
Good luck!
I really appreciate the bit of hope that you have given me... just scared because if I do fight this and lose... will probably not be allowed to ever see them again. I've been in turmoil over this for a long time!
