Has any one here ever gone through the adoption process in CT? How where your experiences with it? I am hoping to attend and open house in a few weeks but would like a little more info from people who have gone through the process.

While I have heard of cases of scabies and head lice among children in private foster care, I imagine that the disease is more common in orphanages. The toughest part was when the mothers were boiling the children's clothing and bedsheets, but the agony itself was manageable.
