If you have a complaint about a particular agency just put: Agency name and address in the title field: No need for anymore text in the body of the message. I understand that this conforms with the rules of this forum.
Example:
XYZ AGENCY, ANYTOWN, USA
List members can then PM each other about that particular agency.

You can check out their latest filing with IRS,the information will give you:
Their turnover
What they pay themselves: Compensation, wages, employee benefits.
Their advertising, travel and general expenses.
What aid if any they give.
