There have been several delays because we don't have an agency to guide us. Just when we thought they had all the information we needed, they would tell us about something else they wanted. We have to keep calling over there to check because otherwise we would never know. This all started in November and we are are just getting on the wating list now. So I would reccomend getting as much information from them as you can- to prevent a long wait for you. Good Luck! Louise

You may want to - if you haven't already - check out the book by Myra - shoot, I forgot her last name (left the paperwork at work =( ) but it's a book on the 23 steps of international adoption.
