Looken 4 brother born in Phx in 1969.

Im hoping to contact my half brother (navajo) who ive never seen...he was born in Phx Az at St. Joseph in April or 1969. My mother was 13 when she gave birth. His name mightve been changed when he was adopted. There was a forum that my uncle came across a few years ago but lost the site. He mightve been adopted to a family in Colorado.
