Here's what I came up with:
Mississippi:
Revocation of Consent
Citation: Ann. Code 93-17-15
No action shall be brought to set aside any final decree of adoption, whether granted upon consent or personal process or on process by publication, except within 6 months of the entry thereof.
I have to tell ya, that of all the states I've ever researched on that topic, THIS one has to be the most 'confusingly' written one I've ever seen!!!!!!!
It would seem that an adoption in this state could be revoked up until six months after the relinquishment paperwork for adoption has been signed?
Hope this helps in some way...
Sincerely,
Linny

Check with a Mississippi attorney before ruling them out. If I remember correctly they will let you finalize in your home state which accounts for the fuzzy language in the revocation of consent. I'll PM you.
