can anyone help me?

I'm 21 years old (DOB 9-24-86) and looking desperately for my birthmother, Jennifer Erwin (maiden name) (DOB: ?-?-64). I was born at : MARTIN LUTHER HOSPITAL MED CENTER 1830 W ROMNEYA DRIVE ANAHEIM, CA 92801 (no longer in existence) I was adopted through a private Christian Agency in OC that is also, no longer in existence. However, I believe the laywer's name was Jerry Macky (I tried contacting him...no luck). I was adopted from birth (closed adoption), but Jennifer gave my adoptive parents (Don and Cathi) photographs of herself, and my father (kevin), and a letter, for me. I am anxious to meet the woman that is my hero. can anyone help me? I believe Jennifer was born in the Riverside area, and I know that at the time of my birth she lived with her mother, and her younger sister...but because she was not married I hit dead-ends every direction I turn...
