We are matched and waiting to find out if delivery will be Monday or Tuesday. Thankfully we are in the same state as the wonderful young expectant couple. They are together, and already have 2 kids. We were thinking of a photoalbum for the 2 of them, a nice small silver locket for the birthmom, but are stumped on what to get for him. Just something nice, and that he can keep. Not a lot of money, just something to acknowledge his role in all this...
Suggestions??

Mega, how are you doing? I have been thinking about you since the news of your bro....I hope you are OK.
Good luck with everything on Mon or Tues.
I am not much help here because we gave DD's birth dad the Star Wars DVD collection because we knew he was a movie/scifi buff!

we gave our sons bfather a watch. the guys are harder then the girls for some reason. we also made a dvd of the birth pictures and the time we spent together while they were here. they loved that the most.
My son's adoptive parents gave my husband (bdad and then boyfriend) a gift cert to his favorite restaurant.
We gave a really nice study Bible. I don't know if it has ever been open , but I wanted them to have to opportunity at their finger tips.

I second the digital keychain idea. Got one for our 22-year old son and he really likes it.

We gave our birthfather an inexpensive watch (around $100). He wasn't at the birth, so we set it to the time of our DD was born. I think men are so difficult when it comes to gifts!
