Searching for Naim (last name at birth Briles) born Nov. 7 1966-Los Angeles

I am trying to help my mother find her half brother who was born Nov 7, 1966 in Los Angeles, CA. His name at birth was Naim Briles but may have taken on a new last name since he was adopted at birth. His birth mother's maiden name was Vinje. We have recently found another birth sibling of hers. So far, we know there are four siblings born to the same birth mother by the name of Patricia Ruth Vinje. We hope that he had a better life than his other birth siblings but would really like to connect and let him know he has family members that are interested in getting to know him.
