Looking for birth mother - Melbourne 1964

I was born in the Women's Hospital Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria, in May 1964. My adoptive parents were living in Canberra at the time. Looking for my birth mother. I suspect I may be of part-Aboriginal descent, though I am fair-haired and blue-eyed.
