first things first my girl freind was adopted all ready she was moved to california with her new mom. sinces the first time i met her she told me how much she hates her life due to her mom. i have met her mom many times and i do not feel she is mature enough. or fit to be her mom. is it possible to readopt her with out her new moms permission?? could i get premission from her real mom?

I do not think the birthmom can legally get your girlfriend back.. but it sounds like your girlfriend is old enough to become an emancipated minor..
Or she can wait till she is legally able to move out..
It sounds like she is having a difficult time of it.. I am so sorry..
If a birthmom sees abuse in an open adoption she can not take her child back.. in most cases.. The very fact that she gave the child up in the first place goes against her in some states..
