Change address on 171H

Are you moving, or was there a mistake? When we moved last year, we had to do a quick home study update and send it to our local CIS office. Our social worker came out to see the new house, and updated the information for us. Very easy. :) If it was a mistake, we have had to correct one of those too, but on the spelling of my name. We just had our home study agency take care of it, and we were sent a new 171H in a few weeks.
