questions

I was just wondering how many people on this forum are still waiting for kidos and if you do have a referral what age are you waiting for? I seen on several web pages that Panama usually does adoptions for children ages one and up, if it takes 2 yrs to get through the entire process Im assuming most children are older. Has anyone adopted an older child with special needs? Thanks for your time
