Born and Adopted PRIOR to 1945 in NC?

If you were born and adopted prior to 1945 in NC, please contact NCCAR as soon as possible. We need to have an ongoing list, so when we go back to the legislature we can see about getting those birth certificates which were retroactively sealed prior to 1945 opened. We need to he able to use your name address and phone number if possible for the legislators. Please send this information to Roberta Macdonald nccar@mindspring.com
