So far, so good, but . . . .
There is also one on the Guat forum.
So THAT's why I heard the big THUD of Suz fainting earlier today....LOL!
I'm thinking of updating the forum rules to include "There cannot be more than 5 threads per month on the topics of vaccination, AA vs. Biracial, or OA Sucks/Does not Suck";)

Just send the more confrontational people over to the arcade and Brook can show them where all the best games are to keep them busy! ;)

So, If we are lucky they'll all get autism and stop talking... (I know not nice... hits knuckles with ruler.)
It seems to me that we want to vacinate against rudeness, arrogance, self importance. Can we give an injection of niceness and empathy?

O.....
MY......
GOSH.............
I go to lunch and they start ANOTHER frickin Vaccination thread? Okay just to let everyone know I will be out and not checking the GAPS board until tomorrow late afternoon/evening.
We are going to the Elementary School "Meet the Teacher" night at 4:00 today AND then Hubby is taking me for our 20th anniversary (somewhere - I have no idea where). I won't be home until afternoon tomorrow.
So someone else can you please make sure that these threads "stay cool" :thanks:
I thought this thread had "died" but I just saw that people are posting on it again(I haven't read all the way through it yet). I haven't been online much with being gone for the weekend and trying to get everyone started with school and then surviving the first day today. So.....:thanks: Thanks Michelle for your "befrickinnice" reminder. I will try to keep watch on this one.
Seriously this vaccination debate is going to kill me. The funniest thing the other night hubby was telling me "Things kind of blew up on "Cougar Board" (his crazy BYU football web site), people were arguing about vaccinations, I had no idea that was such a controversial subject". I was like "Dude you have NO idea".

It's amazing! I wonder if some of this is because we're dealing with a generation that has no clue what these illness are like! I grew up before all the vaccines were available. (I did receive the small pox vaccine.) Polio vaccines were developed when I was in elementary school but not in time for some children in my town (including my brother.) I've experienced first hand measles and mumps. My entire 5th grade class had scarlet fever (except for one girl who was out because she had her appendix out!) These diseases are not benign. I don't think many of those who argue against vaccinations have any clue.
