Help in Texas...trying to find attorney in California

Hi all, I am matched with birthparents in California. I live in Texas. I would like to find an affordable attorney in California. Please PM me if you know of any reasonably priced attorneys in California. I have spoken to one but was quoted about $10K. From what I understand, you can have an attorney perform dual representation or you can hire 2 separate attorney(one for expectant parents and one for adoptive parents). I don't know which is best. I also understand that there is an automatic $4500 fee to do reports in California? I'm quite confused as I am sure you can tell...lol:) Please PM me or leave me a message here. Thank you so much!
