Hi Colleen. I'm an adoptee born in Philly but raised in Bucks County.
Do you know if your adoption was finalized through an agency such as Catholic Charities, or was it a private adoption?

If the adoption was finalized a private one, do you know if you were finalized in Bucks County or Philadelphia County? Have you petitioned the court?
