I have always been grateful to the parents who gave their babies up for adoption. I have 4 adopted children, and would love to let their parents know they are OK. I am sure they think of them often, and their hearts ache for knowledge. This is given from a Mother's perspective - though my children know I am doing it. Contact with them, would be with there permission. I have 2 sons, 1st born 25th February, 1967, 2nd born 29th February, 1968. Both at New Plymouth Maternity Hospital. 3rd child, a daughter, was born 8th october, 1970, at Waitara Maternity Hospital, Taranaki. 4th child, another daughter, was born 25th November, 1971, at St. Helens Hospital, Auckland. If you think any of my children are your birth-child, contact me through this site - if you tell me the birth-weights, will be fairly good proof. Also, we got info from Social Welfare about parents age, occupation, description, etc, which we could discuss, if we think we have a match. I repeat, at this stage, this is between me, as Adoptive parent, to Birth parent. but would love to share part of my childrens lives with Birth parent. Love to hear.
