I didn't catch that it was her business. Hmm, I notice that she also posted on a foster to adopt forum, they don't need appostilles. Hmm.

Oh, I don't know that it is her business. Sorry if i made it sound that way. Just at the time I looked she had only two posts and they were both promoting this apostille service.

I deleted that thread. Since it is a fee based service related to the adoption process, ya, it does fall under our adg rules.
Guess we missed that back in 2006. lol!

I kind of figured, but wanted to be sure since the others where there. I know some of the rules have changed over time, so I wanted to check.
