Looking for my brother

Hi to all! This is my first post and I'm tryuly hoping that somebody can help me in my search. I have a brother that was given up for adoption by my mother in 1968. But here is the confusing story and that part that makes things complicated. My parents were separated at the time and my younger sister had died of pneumonia on Oct 18, 1968. My father recieved a legal document asking him to sign this stating that the baby my mother had given birth to wasn;t his and there were no ties to this boy child. My mother wanted to put the baby up for adoption but since she was still married my father had to sign a legal document stating that the baby wasn;t his child so the baby could be placed for adopton. This paper came to his house around Oct. 21, 1968. He signed it and the baby was placed for adoption. I don;t know when exactly he was born, my mother never said. I do know that he was born somewhere close to or around Phila, Pa because she was living there at that time. We have medical issues in our family that I want him to be aware of and I just want to know my brother. My mother has since passed away and I can;t get any information because the lawyer also has died. Please if anybody can help me in my search I would appreciate it. My mother's name was Patricia Louise Refford and her married name was Boltz and my father's name is Kenneth. I just want to meet my brother, I've looked for years and nothing has come to pass. I hope that somebody out there can help me out. Shelly
