Gladney Adoption, what gives?!?!?

I am pregnant, and have been working with an agency for the past few months. I'm not really happy with them so I decided to work with another agency. I've posted a few other threads on here (you can read more about whats going on) and a lot of people suggested to me that I check out Parent Profiles. Tonight I visited the site and found a couple that I was interested in. It had a messenger icon by the couple's profile and clicked it. I expected to speak with the couple but instead I got a Gladney Adoptions Caseworker via IM. I told her I was interested in the couple and I was hoping to speak with their previous birthmother if possible. She said she would arrange it and I gave her all my info. She told me how the agency would handle everything and asked if I had any other questions. I asked her my question and waited.... no response. I commented "are you there?". No response. I logged out and back in thinking maybe I was disconnected but still no response! Is this normal? I find this rude and very upsetting. She has all my info and I have no clue who she is or if she even works there! The other birthmom is suppose to call me tomorrow but how can she tell me this if she hasnt even spoke to her yet? Maybe she wont want to? I find this really odd. Did anyone else deal with Gladney or have this happen?
