Looking For A Girl Born Around 1957???

Hi! I am on a search for my aunt's daughter. I know she was sent to a home in Sanford/Biddeford area. She gave birth to a girl, born I believe in 1957? Looks like it would be the months between August-November? Sorry I cannot supply all information. It was a secretive birth & now my aunt has passed.
