My son was born on Feb. 10, 1985 at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie PA. I believe the adoption was through Family Services. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest the following steps. Apologies in advance if you've already done these.
1.) First, please register at the International Soundex Reunion Registry.

2.) Also please be sure to register with the State

3.) Please search the registry here and if you don't see any matches, set up a search profile yourself:

4.) There are three great Pennsylvania search pages you can read over. Each one has a great mailing list too. They can help you with filing waivers of confidentiality as well as contacting the agency or court of your adoption to see what type of search services they offer:
