I am a birthfather with ???

I am a birthfather. My daughter was put up for adoption at birth. I can not find any information anywhere as to the whereabouts of her. Nor can i find the adoption permission papers that i had signed back in 1981. Does anyone know if i can get copies of those papers that i signed? How would i go about finding the adoptive parents and possibly reuniting with my daughter. all help is appreciated

Just bumping this up. There are many adoption registries where you can sign up. Do you know where she was born, the date, the agency or attorney that handled the adoption? You don't mention the birth mother. She may have this information.
