DSS and Group Home

Our Daughter is in a group home and has been for a yr and DSS has custody (see prev post) Tomorrow is our court hearing and its a placement hearing on continuing reunification. DSS is going to suggest adoption even though we have been attending weekly family counseling and everything else judge ordered. All because our daughter does not want to come home. Today in the mail we received a leeter o me and to husband. DSS is trying for child support from both of us. I have a sister in law in another state that works for DSS and she said they only go for that if they are in foster care. Has anyone experienced this? or any ideas
