Help a mom and daughter be reunited.

Ok so a friend of mine asked if i could help her find her daughter they have been searching for years with any results. They gave me what little inof they had, and i started searching then i found that she had posted on here. I cna't even tell when that was, i don;t think she has that email anymore i have tried contacting her through it. Any idea on how i can find out some info about her. We don't even know here name. Just that she was born on Feb 2, 1973. At the richland memorial hospital in Olney, Il. Her moms name is shelia richardson. She really wants to meet her daughter.
