Looking to adopt Bi Racial baby

Hello,My husband and I are looking to adopt a biracial infant. We currently are working with a lawyer, but we were wondering if there are any other resources to look into for this? We are home study approved :clap: . We are trying to work with a lawyer instead of an agency. I have contacted a few agencies out of state (we are in NY), but alot of the agencies don't work with NY residents :grr: .We also have put together a website, but we are not sure what else we can do?Any suggestions?
