i want to know if i can ban them for spam. my argument is that it looks like they are here to drum up business for themselves. in regards to his post today....why else would you respond to a 3 year old thread followed by a suggestion to contact him?
please advise. :)

If it's an immigration attorney himself drumming up biz then I don't need to see the link and he can be banned.

do his posts need to be deleted as well? if so.....would you mind terribly doing it? i have attorney-phobia and i don't want my name to be on there saying i deleted it. :)

LMAO! No worries. It's been awhile but I don't think people see deleted posts or who deletes them. WE see it, but normal members don't. The posts are just gone for them.
I'll delete them though because I actually do understand what you mean by "phobias". I have a few myself. LOL!
