I put my son up for adoption almost 3 months ago, but i heard the adoption isnt final for 6 months... i was pressured into putting my baby up for adoption and now i want him back. did i wait too long? does anyone know how i can proceed with getting him back? please help!

The finalization of the adoption and the termination of parental rights are two different things.
It's likely to late for you to revoke at this point - the law in Nevada states that consent can't be revoked once signed and Texas is similarly worded.

I hate to ruin your day even more, but I live in TX (even though the adoption is finalized in VA) and when I talked to the social worker at the hospital, she told me that I can't sign any papers until 48 hours after the baby was born, and that when I did, I signed away my parental rights, even though the adoption would not be finalized for another 30 days. big BIG hugs to you, I am so sorry that you are having to go through this =o(

contact either legal aid or an attorney who can read your contract and tell you what to do. legal aid should not cost you any $. There are also pro-bono attorneys happy to help
