I stopped my search several years ago when I got sick. I am starting back up and hope to find Stephen and David this time.
Stephen was born in 1969 in Rochester, NY
(adopted in 1971)
David was born in 1970 in Rochester, NY
(adopted at birth)
Monroe County DSS handled both adoptions.
