Tell the foster/relatives to use the old claim form as it is my understanding that they have not been assigned a 15 digit # yet. Accounting said they will still accept the old ones in May.

I am in st joe county.. I still have recieved no letter about sending forms any where different.. and this is saying Marion County?? Hmm.. I just dont know what to do.. you all usually know why more than any one what is going on...ho humm

I think it said in the letter if you didn't have that # to leave it blank and they'd assign one

o.k. this is nuts.. I still havent recieved anything from anyone. Other thany you guys that is.. if I hadnt asked them.. I would not have a clue.. there is nothing on wed site either!!!??
