Searching for my cousins Jennifer Nanette Wheeler and Melissa Roxanne Wheeler. Jennifer was born in Edgewater Hospital in St. Louis Missouri and Melissa was born in Barnes Hospital in Chicago.
The girls were taken my DCFS in Carbondale Illinois on December 17, 1970 and placed into foster care and adopted. We dont know if they were placed together or seperately.
Family has been searching for 40+ year to locate girls. Parents did not want to give them up. If any of this sounds familiar, please contact me at any time.
