I think this is ok to post...if not I guess they'll remove the thread. The link below is to a video that was put together for women who are separated from their babies at birth and shows ways they can increase their milk supply by using massage and hand expressing during pump sessions. It's for bio moms, but I was able to get some helpful info. I have seen an increase of about 1/2 to 1 oz per pump session when I started hand expressing after using the pump. Those were great! Thanks for posting! I started doing breast compressions while pumping about a week ago and have noticed my supply increasing. I'm going to try the hand expression too and see how that works!
