CARC International Adoption in Ontario _ Lessons Learned!

Hi I saw a post from 2010. About carc Val moraru. My adoption experience with the same agency was a complete failure. I have paid 30 thousands and waited five years and never get a child from Kazakhstan. They lied they steal. They hide facts. I don’t recommend this agency. I was thinking to sue them. But didn’t want to go through the pain. I am writing so no one go thru what I went thru. Thanks
